Need help? We've got your back(except for hacked accounts)
Every time I go to the support page for Discord, I’m met with “Need help? We’ve got your back”. And I’m just baffled by this lie.
Most of the time.. when you get hacked.. you lose the email address that’s linked to your account. Like for example… I was hacked last Tuesday(or Monday), and the hacker stripped my email from the account. This account… cordovaeclipse… is still active… which really upsets me.
I mean… don’t get me wrong.. these safety protocols are good… but.. when an account gets compromised by a hacker.. those protocols fade away for the victim. They want to find out who has their account.
I have countless tickets asking for the email address of the hacker that’s using my account. But I’m always met with..
“Unfortunately, won’t be able to tell you the email address associated with the account due to strict privacy and security concerns”
Bruh… it has already been compromised. Security is out of the window. All I want you to do is get me my account back.. which requires the EMAIL ADDRESS.
