Being falsely accused of Spam and/or Platform Abuse
This action by Discord Support is simply ridiculous. I see thousands of people getting disabled the same way, no reason and no follow up either, its just simple kicking you out of the app and no questions asked on why or how. I requested through different platforms like Twitter to see some evidence of my supposed violation but I never got any. Why? Because they probably couldn't find it or they just didn't even read my request because they think Clyde can handle everything.
Please resolve this issue with your unfair disabling of accounts and not following up after. There are entire Discord Servers dedicated to victims of this blasphemy.

have the same issue, my account was hacked the 21st last month, I got the account back the 28th saying “sorry Your ticket was caught in the spam folder” and 2 days ago they Limited my account, like they don't even follow what they said in the limits dms, says you can only dm ppl you have in your friendslist or discords that you are the owner of, My account cant even message friends that I had in my friendslist for over a year, i cant even speak in my own founded discord server, everything is limited, and my tickets keeps on being marked as solved, always the same bot “Nelly” that keeps on closing it without an answer, I have tried make tickets up in both English and my Native language but they just ignores it, Discord is prolly the worst Chat Platform right now due to they just relied on Bots and not real ppl

Atleast you got your account back 😭 I still have not received my account back even after so many appeals telling them it was falsely disabled. And I don't agree that Discord is the worst chat platform, I think it's just the support team is very poor.

Did you get it? My account also disabled of spam in 11 days ago. I guess something isn't working very well in discord. If they can't response our mails, They should grant amnesty. Why? Because we will lose our account for no sense.

Yes, I received an email out of nowhere saying I had spammed or violated the Terms and Conditions but this is obviously not true and I had followed up through emails and their social handles like Twitter but they didn't do anything to help me.

Todas las personas afectadas debemos de unirnos para solucionar este problema se sabe de antemano que lo más probable es porque son bots los que manejan la aplicación, y muchos saben de que es realmente buena y si eso es el problema y ya se sabe, entonces,apoyar al sistema para corregir este problema k hoy nos a afectado a que como todo hay errores, y seamos justos con los k fueron afectados, realmente son hicieron a muchos pero no he mirado de k realmente estén haciendo mal uso tampoco (quisiéramos k fuera asi).
Y si es un error del sistema se puede solucionar solo hay que investigar o pedir permiso en discord para que nosotros mismos puedamos recuperarlas y pedir a los desarrolladores k nos apoyen en alguna información valerosa en k nos pudieran apoyar,o si alguien mas puede unirse con los que nos interese seguir en discord y unirse o solamente colaborar con nosotros para apoyarnos, se le agradecería mucho y todos los afectados los entiendo y da coraje y frustracion pero esto se debe de solucionar estando adentro o fuera de discordia.

Batuavan61 You're right, they have not yet given me my account back. And I'm hoping a Discord Moderator sees this post and grants Amnesty as you suggested. This is not fair to have our accounts held and be given no explanation as to why.

Stlackarino18 You're right, It's mostly managed by bots which as we clearly can see, can make mistakes very often and for us to have to suffer these consequences is not right and ethical for Discord to do. But I do think your idea of having Discord support us to fix this issues is not very ideal and realistic because so far we have not even received a response from a moderator willing to help us out on the same issue so we can't really expect them to understand and help us solve this issue ourselves. Having people collaborate on this issue however, is great because there are possibly thousands facing the same issue we are and Discord has done close to nothing to solve it. We need to have people recognize that yes, this is a big issue with Discord but fortunately there are a few YouTube videos acknowledging this and people are clearly not happy with the Discord Support Team and their poor ways resolving similar conflicts.

Well they didn't give my account anymore. They banned me for no sense. Anyway i found my old account. I will use this.
