Better forum filtering and reading options

The forums as they are currently implemented have quite a few issues, especially on mobile. I enjoy reading about various topics but these issue make the experience extremely frustrating:

• often switching servers or even going back from a post to a forum will scroll the list back to the first post, requiring a lot of scrolling to get back to the unread posts
• new posts lose their new tag whenever the page changes (es. opening a post, opening a dm etc) so it's impossible to check out a post and then know which posts I already saw and skipped and which are actually new to me, especially when the list scrolls back to the top
• when opening a long post, the app scrolls to the bottom of the post/first comment and a lot of scrolling is needed to go back to the beginning of the post and actually start reading
• whenever the user leaves a post all the comments are marked as read, which makes it almost impossible to go back to the actually last read comment upon reopening a posts with lots of comments (it would take so much time to scroll back through thousands of comments, ain't nobody got time for that)

Suggested improvements:

• add an “unread” filter or an “unread first” sorting option  on forums
• add a button to mark all forum posts as read
• add a button to mark all post comments as read (to get rid of the “(n new)” label)
• do not scroll to first comment upon opening an unread post
• add a button to scroll back to top on posts, so when the comments get all marked as read at least it'd be sometimes easier to scroll back and find the spot where you left off
• if possible, don't mark all comments as read when the user leaves the post, only the ones the user actually scrolled past
