This place is... Bad...

Ive been on this support-discord-com site for a day and i already NEVER wanna come back. there is NO response from real discord staff and there are sneaky little scammers in more that 50% of all posts here it seems like. and theres just some really inappropriate behavior all over the place. Not even sure if this post is gonna get anywhere. but if it does, I promise this one thing will drastically improve the functionality and security and ease of moderation for this site:
Make users sign in to this site with their actual discord account. if they do garbage stuff here, flag or ban their whole account. Right now there is no repercussion for treating ppl horribly. 
also another solution that should be really obvious:
Make a way for users of this site to report other users; and actually check the inbox.
I'm not trying to be rude. I love discord and have been using it for over 5 years. even bought a year of nitro at one point, and i would buy more if i was financially blessed. And discord itself is pretty great. there are just some QoL issues that can sometimes put a curb in ppls plans. we want to do so much more with discord. and we're excited to see where the devs are gonna take us next. but said devs feel very unreachable and inhuman when you come to this support site and see the current state of things…
