My account has been falsely suspended.

Hi everyone, I need help quickly. I came home from school and wanted to log in as usual, but then I saw, that my account was suspended for me apparently being underage? I'm 15 years of age so either Discord made an oopsie or I must've been hacked. And a question to pretty much everyone, How long does the discord team usually take to reply to my tickets? I haven't gotten a response for a good 3 days.

I've even shown them proof of me being 15 by including a picture of me, my username and an ID that clearly shows my Date of birth.
