This is my second account being disabled with no explanation and no answer from support, my first account was disabled more than a month ago, and has been fully deleted a few days ago. I did not do anything wrong…
How can we make a petition so support can hear us ?

Hello Discord Staffs and good people!
Look what they say in public and harassing, verbal abuse and hate speech people in all Discord servers i saw them, they even bullying minors under 15 years old, that's my concern, I tried to report them but their account didn't get banned yet and they keeping bullying and harassing a huge number of minors all over discord. Discord staff should look at that behavior and take actions ASAP!
Here you can see that those 2 users in Raka.ni server and he allow them to harassing and bullying people in Discord Community
You can see his server and that he is admin there and he can ban them and stop the bully and harassments, but he choose not to, because he support that type of action, encourage cyberbullying, harassing, stalking, spying, lurking and hate speech.
You can see that he put those rules in his server but he does not apply them, he even disrespecting others and insulting also harass people and disruptive in many ways.
I will show you here how he bullying and harassing people also minors and underage children

I think this is clear enough. All of this behavior started when I banned him for breaking the rules for similar behavior. He then started to call me the p word and other insults and unfounded accusations to blackmail me into unbanning him.
And he claims I'm the P-word because of this profile picture:
I even provided the source of this profile picture, an anime called yondemasu yo azazel san, a comedy anime, I don't see what he's seeing in it, but to call me the P-word because of it is uncalled for.
Everyone can see it's Akutabe and Undine the jealous mermaid, it's a comedy anime… I have it since 2016 i think, or 2018, any sane person can see it's a normal profile picture, but he calls me the p-word because of it…
And just because you use alts to downvote my messages doesn't mean you are in the right, everyone can see what type of a person you are.

False, unsubstantiated claims, the ramblings of a person who tries to harm me, because I support and help minors underage that he harm and let his friends rap* them in the internet.
I don't insult everyone, he is lying, i will show you how it's start and i was talking normal and they suddenly group up and harassing me, hate speech and many extreme things, and i just tried to self-defense my self so they can stop and shut up, and Raka.ni support them and go with them, his account keep getting banned after he violated Discord Terms of service and Discord Guidelines, you can see here an email he shared that his account got disabled and now he ban evading and created a new account.
I don't even blackmail anyone, he say that so i look I'm the bad side, but he is the one who keep harassing and bullying children and others, also he invites his weirdo creep friends to cuss and curse being racist and very bad stuff! because he scared to say that in his main account, he deleted many of his cussing and cursing messages but i reported them to Discord, he also tried to doxing me asking for my sensitive info, this type of discord users must rot in jail and suffer with karma all the time, he is twisting facts and trying to spread lies and slander so its shows he is right but it's the opposite.
i don't stalk anyone he is lying about that, he does not have any evidences, just the one that i self-defense myself so they get out of me, he is obsessed with me and keep lurking and stalking me also spying when i don't even talk to him, i blocked him and he still pinging me all the time, he is just a weirdo creep mental ill with autism and he should see a psychologist, when i try to help minors and underage children he say “ clown ” because he does not care about minors and he like to harm them also just a pedophile sick person in life, he is jobless and hated by many people, got kicked in many places because of his action that many people dislike and disgust.
