Account disabled and changed username ?

Hello,

Today I`ve encountered strange situation. I was logged on my discord account and in an instant i got logged off from it. After trying to log on to it I got information that it was disabled and if I want to turn it on. I`ve clicked yes and when I logged on it was like a completly new account. Have I been hacked ? Or is it something that was done from discord side ?
