New recurring events are not consistent

The current options for recurring events are not consistent
the options are
- weekly
- biweekly
- yearly
- every mo-fri
i understand this one, even if it was already doable with 5 weekly events
- every 4th weekday of month
every 4th weekday is not the same as every 4 weeks. I'm sure some people can get some good use out of this option for monthly events on the same day, but crucially - this excludes every 4 weeks as an option. Not every schedule is bound by months. Many other schedules such as daily can be achived with a combination of multiple events. but every 4 weeks will not sync up with every 4th weekday in a month. months are not 28 days long.
Please add this option to recurring events. Or even better, custom schedules.. within reason. Right now the only way would be bi-weekly and ignore every 2nd one…. For weekly-bound communities, this isn't really realistic.
