Can Discord change a phone number account for me ?

Hey guys, so my account have been hacked from last night.
I already submit a ticket, but at first i tried to change my password last night and received some messages on my phone for the 2FA but it was too late, the hacker had already changed the phone number linked to my account...

Then, Discord answer me with a link to change my password but since the 2FA is active AND probably linked to another phone number, i can't submit a new password...

So i went here to ask you (cause i read online that Discord CAN'T get through the 2FA ?), but CAN Discord still be able to change the phone number of my account, which mean that after that, i could change my password and receive a message on my phone to still reconnect to my account ?
