My account was disabled because it was hacked, and the hacker had suspicious activity with my account.
This happened around a month ago, I have contacted support both here and on Twitter, on their two accounts, but so far I have barely gotten any response. The hacker got to me by talking through the account of a friend of mine who I didn't know was hacked, and the file I opened contained a cache and cookies grabber, which gave the hacker all the information I had saved on my computer. He then probably used my account to try and get some of my other friends/share suspicious content so I would get banned. Fortunately I was able to take some actions which I believe locked the hacker out of my account, but soon after it was disabled. Now I have fully formatted my computer, which means there's no threat anymore but the support still takes ages to reply, if they even reply at all. My account is still disabled for something I did not do.
