A question regarding deleted and disabled account.

Truth is, I fell for the moronic ‘I accidentally reported you’ scam that had been going on for a while due to panic and so I was locked out of my account and all that.

Now, I'm pretty sure you know about this for sure but what I'm wondering is…

 

What's the timelimit before my account gets deleted?

 

Basically, ofc, my account doesn't have the same email address now, but when  I use the one that hacked gave to me, it says my account has been deactivated.

In that case, does that mean the 14 days time limit applies to me or that just what's shown when an account is also disabled?

 

I've seen people with the same issue only having their account disabled for an undetermined period of time so I'm curious.

    I don’t have any info on the deletion countdown; I just wanted to say I fell for the same scam a couple months back. Though, I didn’t save the email the scammer gave me, so I can’t check if the account is deactivated at all. All I could do was rejoin a server, so I could at least see if my old account appears to still be existant (last I checked, it still is, just supposedly offline).

    I’ve just been creating ignored ticket after ignored ticket since Discord is adamant about not being able to do anything and not explaining why despite the fact that ppl who got scammed by the scammer using my old account got their accounts back weeks ago. Hopefully you have more luck.

    Alright thanks a lot for the response.

     

    Honestly what I'm most scared of is losing my account so hearing thar there's a chance it's just disabled is reassuring.

     

    But yeah Discord is honestly a joke when it come to customers service it's insane.

     

    My friend has been getting his acc back in a few minutes meanwhile all I've gotten for the past weeks is bot response despite me having every information necessary (INCLUDING the mail the hacker gave me)
