    Well i wouldn't know, since discord turned off my SMS for 2fa code without m knowledge and I can't get in now . But i hope im not

    my account was disabled 16 days ago and I tried to appeal the morning after, unfortunately, at the time I wasn't aware sending multiple tickets would put me lower on the priority list, so I sent three :"). Two of them have been marked as solved and yesterday one of them had the comments turned off, but I have yet to receive an actual reply from support here or by email. I also tried contacting them on social media, but I've been completely ghosted.

    My account was disabled on May 26, 2024 at 5:48 pm my local time (8 days ago).

    I submitted my appeal approximately 2 hours later, I did what was asked to prove my age, my selfie along with an ID and my discord account was disabled.

    Since then I have not received a response to my appeal, it is unfair that they do this to us without first confirming or asking for an ID from the users to verify that it is not a joke, I had been paying a subscription to nitro for seven months, this account has very important information for me, and sentimental value, hopefully they can do something about it, I can tell their support is inefficient and clumsy.

    PokeHusky (I want my account back) I hope you can find a way to get back into your account. I've never dealt with 2FA issues before, but it might help to reach out to Discord Support over Twitter regarding the 2FA. Unfortunately the responses are often made by bots, but maybe you can get lucky and speak to someone.

    Hyukkkwon I have also dealt with issues regarding contacting Discord Support outside of the ticket system. I was able to get in contact with Discord Support through Twitter and Facebook, but both times they sent a message that I assume was written by a bot or just copy-pasted, because it was no help to my issue. It basically just said that my ticket was still in the queue, and all I could do was wait. I am thinking of trying again to get in touch, but I am unsure on how to successfully escalate the situation. Have you tried commenting on your ticket that is still open? I heard before that it might be beneficial to add a comment on your open to ticket to remind Support that it is still unresolved, but I also heard that it could possibly put you back further in the queue.  When it comes to my ticket, I haven't done anything and just waited, but it is getting nowhere after 15 days of no response.

    Maurivaz152005 I appreciate how detailed your comment is! Our situations are very similar. I agree, I think it is abysmal that Discord opts to delete accounts that are under review, especially with how unresponsive the entire Support system is. My account also has huge sentimental value, as I'm sure everyone in this situation can say the same thing about theirs. It's very common to see that people here are getting absolutely zero response, which I believe is unacceptable.

    In regards to my situation, it has now been 15 days since my account has been falsely disabled. I have NOT received a response from Support, and the last time they accessed my ticket was 6 days ago. I am at a loss of what to do for now, as I want to stay vigilant when it comes to my account retrieval. It is disheartening to see how much this situation is not in my hands, and instead in the hands of either bots or a Support system that essentially ignores its consumer base. I have had my Discord account since 2017, and my entire life since then was communicated through that account.

    I sincerely hope that anyone dealing with this situation receives a response. If you were lucky enough to receive a response from Support, I would be thankful if you shared your experience here as well. Good luck everyone!

    My account got hacked, I didn't have 2FA. Then they reported my account for underage and now my account is banned.
    They are posting malicious links in our server and scam our community.
    It has been 20 hours now. I didn't get any response and I'm devastated and hopeless.

    Has anyone else received a response yet? I have just reached the 20 day mark, and still have received absolutely zero response. I am really worried about my account being deleted on day 30.

    25 days and counting… had 4 tickets opened, today opened the fifth. don't know if i'd be able the get my account back, but it's still worth it than doing nothing….

    i’ve only opened two tickets so far and neither of them have been answered. one actually included the photo with my id, but it got solved and my account is still disabled. i attached the photo in the thread for the original ticket i made but i’ve still not received a response. my account got banned on sunday at around 7:30am cst, and i sent in an appeal around 40 minutes later because that’s when i woke up. i still don’t understand how my account got suspended because i’ve never even made a joke about being underage or anything. i’ve been paying for nitro for over three years and i’m close to having that account for five years…but of course support won’t do anything, they’re practically acting useless. this happened on twitter a couple years ago but my account was reinstated in under a day, so i don’t get why discord can’t do the same.
