Unhelpful Staff | Automated Bot Answers | Trust and Safety refusing to help.
Hello,
since about 2 weeks I got my Account hacked.
I've been in talk with a bot on my ticket. I even went through E-Mail verification with that bot.
I gave Discord every single data possible to proof it is me. I still have access to the former E-Mail.
I provided Screenshots of the hacking/scamming since I fell for a Discord Support Impersonator.
Recently I got a response which shocked me. 
Here's my complaint, I have a friend which was in the exact same situation and they recovered his account. Why won't you guys do it for me? I don't get it, I even have access to the old E-Mail before the account was hacked. I know it's easy to change back the E-Mail and recover my account. Discord please for the love of god let me get back into my account!
There's so much data on that account and you guys won't give it back to me despite it being such an easy task!
I really don't know what to do since all I can do is stare at the instantly solved Tickets with no response whatsoever..
I can't open new tickets due to them beings instantly solved. PLEASE. HELP. ME.

Me too.. and to make matters worse mine isn't solved by a bot. Mine gets solved by a human..

It's hard to differ if a bot closed it or not. However I get what you mean. Discord Trust and Safety have closed my tickets and I got no chance so far of getting it returned. It's crazy how incompetent a support of this size can be.

it isn't back then as before you can see who was assigned to your ticket, before there was this person named hunter who keeps closing my ticket within a day
