Corruption in discord support

So as you can see on the screenshot.. they literally closed my ticket within 12 hours after I made it. In other words they just took a glance at it, shrugged and then closed it like if it was nothing and they didn’t even give me a reason! It’s as if support is willingly doing this just to mess with me
