Account suspension due to age

Hello 

I got my second account suspension due to age, I was joking that I was 9 years old on the discord server and it came the next day.

I opened the first ticket 12 days ago (in total I opened about 10-12), because they normally respond after one day, I understand that they have a lot of work, but from what I see I'm not the only one who has problems.

In other cases, I received a response after 5 minutes, and in this case, even no response after 12 days.

    just in case, create a new account and try to regain contacts and describe the situation. Create ONE ticket and stick to it. Don't add any others because you'll only prolong the queue and everyone will have to wait longer for requests to be processed. stay warm and we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll all get through it

    Hello, unfortunately I'm sorry to hear that you still have a problem with the account and you have to wade through it yourself and no one wants to help you, but calmness and determination are the basis for success. Unfortunately, but due to the fact that you have created many tickets in a short period of time, the support system has started defining you as a potential spammer and a bot named "nelly" is blocking your tickets. Wait 1-2 days for the bot to stop considering you as a spammer and CREATE ONE TICKET and wait until help is provided!

    i waited 3 days before creating new ticket and then i created new one
    the bot closed it so even if waiting 3 days the bot still closes it

    I've been waiting for a response for two weeks now, I've made about 18 tickets and all of them are active🥹

    creating more tickets takes u all the way back to the queue so if u think multiple tickets is gonna help u its just going to make u wait longer and ur account will get terminated and u will never get a reply from support team the best way is create only one ticket and just wait no one can help u if ur impatient lol good luck creating more tickets and waiting longer

    Averagebeverage3 J AlreadyI haven't created anything for over 2-3 days now and I'm waiting for a response, andbut when my friends had the same problem, they received an answer after a day or two, read on this forum that some people waited up to a month without an answer

    I Know Creating new tickets push you back the que 
    But the problem is when i first created a ticket it said “solved” by nelly
    like the first ticket i created not even 2 tickets JUST MY FIRST tickcet said solved by nelly
