Discord support refuses to help me with my scammed account
I stupidly got scammed. To make a long story short this scammer guy impersonated my friend and told me they accidentally reported me, they told me to add this customer support on discord. then I changed my email, per the request of the “customer support”, to the email they told me like an idiot. And now my account is gone, I sent a ticket to the real discord support and told them everything plus more, also I sent them screenshots of the account of the scammer and stuff like that. And they didn't help me, all of my replies were automated, no questions asked, they just told me they can't help me with my issue and can't explain why.

Same here, regardless on the amount of proof you get to send in that it's your account, you gotta be lucky to get helped. Friend and i same situation his account got back to him and mine “can't ”. To inform you just in case, the hacker might have put the 2FA on like it did with mine so discord will do shit to help unless from what i have read here so far you keep sending tickets for months on end. I do deeply hope you can have the luck in getting back your account 🙏

Same thing happened to me, my friends got there accounts back but here i am waiting for 1-2 months with no helpful response what so ever and idk what more to do.

The same thing happened to me as well. And I’ve sent multiple tickets in and they say that they can’t fix my account and things and I’ve been waiting two weeks now and they keep closing my tickets without even checking and I keep getting bots as well..

I'm soo jealous of the people that acc got their accounts back from this scam
