Account suspended
Hello, I would like to ask whether if an account is suspended for more than 30 days, it will be deleted

It will only be deleted if you don't have any ongoing tickets. That's what official information says but I've seen some people get their account deleted after 31 days of waiting for their ticket to be read.

Kacperzaj56 One of my tickets has been marked as “solved” because it was merged with one of my already existing tickets, hopefully soon enough they will actually read my appeal. If you comment in a closed ticket it will reopen again.

It seems like someone that has only had a ticket open for 3 days got unbanned, how is this even acceptable? So many of us have been waiting for the past 2 weeks with no response. I've sent over 10 tweets to them with no reply.

Hello my friends, my account has been enabled once again, but I have received no confirmation message. After 13 days, they seemed to have read all of my tickets.
I was banned for certain messages I sent years ago.0
