Account with 2FA enabled by hacker; requested support only for the ticket to be close without response.
Recently, I got my account hacked with a Pravelia game phishing scam, I contacted support immediately after as my password was changed and the hacker enabled 2FA to which I then got back my other socials, yet when I checked days later, it was closed and it took another few days for them to respond with an automated message on rating their service which is now horrendous, this might be bad on my part but I proceeded to send 3 more requests with more photo evidence of my account connections, pass access, all data, only for them to close it still with a support rating message. I don't know if there is a way to get it back myself but I would like to know, so far, support isn't doing much of their job as much as communication as I expressed many times again and again I was willing to give up the personal details on the account.
TLDR: Discord Support Team doesn't know how to talk to users properly nor handle tickets.

Yeah they are kinda sh*t. I would advice against opening multiple tickets at once, as they get autosolved anyways. Just create a new ticket every time they close an old one claiming they cant help you.
Eventually you pull through and get an actual human being, for me it took 19 tickets in total and a waiting time of 3 months. Problem is that their ticket system is relying 99% on the bots, so even if they “escalate” your ticket, it isnt guranteed that an actual human being will look into it.
As I said, be persistent, open a new ticket once the old one is closed, and eventually you will get a human employee to look into the issue2 -
I feel like they only solve it when a keyword is said or if there is a sum too many from one person so they check it out to stop it.
