Had my account disabled after 8 years of use

My account was suddenly disabled yesterday and I've gotten exactly no responses from support or even a real reason besides saying the automated system thought I was a bot. I have had this account for 8 years now and to say I'm upset is the understatement of the century. I've got a lot of friends on that account, and a few of them I've only got on Discord. I've had this account for 8 years why would I start using it to bot now?

    This morning I also got my account disabled because they thought I was underage. I’m literally 18. My account is also 8 years old I don’t want to lose it forever

    File an request and hope the system works. Unfortunately the system is kind of flooded plenty of other people with the sake problems as you

    The fact that these all seem to hit at once based on every post I've seen makes me think they've got a new algorithm and it isn't quite working. I've opened two support tickets (second one was because I was unsure if the first one went through last night) so hopefully something changes soon.

    I have the same problem, it's been 10d and doesn't metter how many tickets or emails I use to reactivate my discord account, they just don't help me at all and close them as “solved”, yet nothing changed.

    Really starting to lose faith in discord's support team.

    Yea same thing here, im 20 and my account just got disabled for being underage… I tried everything: email, twitter and tickets but I am certain its just bots working on it and im gonna lose everything

    Acho que aconteceu isso comigo hoje cara, fui abrir o discord e por algum motivo minha conta não estava logada, coloquei email e senha, tudo certo, porém quando chegou na V2E não foi de jeito nenhum, não sei se o problema é o discord ou a própria verificação, mas porém como está cheia de outras pessoas com problemas parecidos acho que foi isso que aconteceu
