Unfairly banned from Discord for being underage
So, I was locked out of my Discord account earlier today for being underage, even though I'm 15 and have expressed multiple times in the past that my birthday is in 2009. I'm assuming the reason for this is because I jokingly made a comment saying that I was 6 years old, but if anyone at Discord had looked at any messages other than mine, they would see that it was clearly part of a bit.
This is really stressful for me, as I pay for yearly Nitro, I own two servers and am a moderator in multiple (one of which has over 2k members), and Discord is the only form of communication I have with several people - including my boyfriend - and I don't want to lose any of that.
Does anyone know how long it might take to get my account back? I submitted a ticket earlier, and it says it was opened, but nothing's happened yet, and (unfortunately) I am very impatient.

From what I’ve seen on here, it takes people 15-30 days to get their accounts back for this issue… I’m currently on 7 days and counting. I hope your servers have other mods to cover for you in the meantime

Yeah I'm waiting for getting my account back for three weeks already. I sent 2 different photos and they still don't believe me I was born before 2000.
