How can i be able to reset my password if i use a temporary email?

#46632400. this is the id of my ticket and it's still open for more than 15 hours now because nelly said she escalated my ticket to their account recovery team yet I am still getting 0 response from them. My account didn't get hacked but i got logged out of it so suddenly and even when i'm putting the right password in it keeps saying that I should reset my password first but how? temporary email isn't able to receive any emails regarding instructions on how to reset my password please help
