Compromised Account, Account Details Changed by the Hacker

a week a go on June 28th, i fell for those “i accidentally reported you because ur profile is similar” scam. ive sent a ticket shortly after but they werent able to give me solutions to the issue, and so i made another ticket the following day and as of now 5th of July it hasnt been responded by a human ever since. On top of that the Hacker has changed the Username of my Account, which was originaly, _yxhya_

anything i can do about this? would be amazing if i can get it back into my hands.

    So I’m currently in the same boat, through reading a lot of similar forums and advice on my own posts. Keep making tickets every time they close one, do not listen to the bots!! Even though they say “we can’t do anything” it’s the automated reply from the bot and not from a person. 

    Dont open multiple tickets at a time, they will see that as spam and possibly refuse to even look at your future tickets. Just keep opening one once one gets closed 


    Make sure to say “yes” to the “Did you receive an email about your account being changed” and use the username that you had put without the # numbers. So instead of Sallymae#0000 you’d put the newer user discord made everyone change over to. 

    Put in as much picture evidence of your account how it originally was as you can. Including evidence of you talking to the scammer. 

    Make sure to fully describe the situation, sometimes short requests may not flag the importance of the issue, so when a human actually sees it they will escalate a ticket with full explanation of the situation than a ticket that doesn’t have much to go on. 

    Unfortunately those who have gotten their accounts back didn’t hear from a human for a month or so. So buckle in for the fight of your life, and hopefully with being consistent a human will get annoyed enough to look at the ticket and escalate it.
