Hacked account- still no response
My account is still taken, I thought maybe turning on 2fa through here would maybe lock them out of my account butttt it didn’t. So far it’s been 6 days of getting bot responses on all of my requests.
My friends have told me that today my account is now messaging people, so I had a 6 day grace period of my account being left alone where discord could’ve done SOMETHING during that time

Going by serial numbers of tickets that I've been occasionally filing, they can get upwards of an million requests, per month. But I'm not sure if they're actually being read, though

Thereclaimer, I get that that's to be expected. But at that point id rather wait a week for answer and have my ticket open to show that its at least still going to be viewed. Instead tho they have bots telling people to make a new account or that they cant do anything. It leads to spamming or distraught community.

Well, I actually got an automated response after an week of waiting…But this was after I panicked and opened up 5 tickets across several days

I just got a report from a friend that my account is now being used to message people as well. It's horrible.

I submitted 3 tickets so far and they have been the same result saying “Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support for this request.". Not sure what to do anymore and not even sure if this means the ticket is closed. Lost a account of 8 years I had some buddies who were affected by the same hacker and were able to get their account back but I was not. Not sure how discord works with their tickets.

SikeFox yeah so far ive seen other people say they got theirs back within a few days. Yet its been like 7 days for me and no ones helped me yet except for bots telling me they cant do anything and to just make a new account. its a 7 year old account
