Account disabled for being underage

So my account got disabled because of an accusation that I'm underage. I submitted a request but my birthdate was not as clearly visible on my ID in the selfie I sent, so I sent another photo of just the ID with my username as well. Are they going to accept it and if not, should I try submitting another request?

    The main reason I am trying to get my account back is it has a running nitro subscription and I have no idea if I can cancel it if my account gets deleted
