account disabled for being "underage"?????

I have no clue how or why this could have happened. I have had my account for years and before that an even older account that I had since 2016. I have used discord for basically forever now, and yesterday I got an email saying that my account was disabled for “indicating i am under the age of 13". I am almost double that age. This is ridiculous and I didn't even get a confirmation email when I sent a support request. I followed all the instructions properly (selfie w/ ID and discord username written on paper, in the same picture).

If my account gets lost this will be a massive hit to me because I held large servers (40K+) and cause a massive headache for all my staff. Discord, please just respond to my ticket.
