Hacked account due to the fake staff 'report' scam.
I know I might sound stupid for falling for the ‘reporting’ scam but discord hasn't been much of help with my case. I have provided screenshots of the conversation between my alt account and said hacker but they usually mark my tickets as ‘solved’. Though, I do have proof of my account messaging my friends to carry about this scam. My first email was lucky enough to be escalated but was met with them telling me that they are unable to do anything.
As of now, what I do have is stated here:
- screenshots of my alternate account with the hacker
- the email the hacker had changed my account to
- the impersonated staff's name and account (though, the account might've been disabled or not as the displayed name was changed with the profile picture removed)

screenshots of them using my account to message my friends
The only response I've gotten as of recently is that I should make a new account as stated:

These emails were both sent by Clyde and I was wondering if I should lose all hope in retrieving my account.
I have tried to reach out to their twitter multiple times to be ignored in dms or comments in posts and I haven't been able to get much of a public opinion. Can someone please provide some insight on this? It will be greatly appreciated.
UPDATE! I got my account back! They emailed me saying they reverted my email and asked me to change my pass!

this is almost exactly what happend to me, a friend of mine got hacked by someone who was impersonating my account, when i talked to the “staff” about what had happened, they asked me about my bank account, i was really confused because i had stated earlier that i was a minor. so why would they ask me about a bank account. i told them that i didnt have one and right after i did my account got disabled. i just want my account back. i didnt do anything wrong, what should i do??
