    that's kinda crazy how you did not get an automated response within 3 weeks. all my tickets so far have either been auto-solved or were met with a clyde response, the same one you got, after a day so. i'm going to try this now and see how it goes.

    also, when you sent: “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login.”, was that a reply to the clyde response saying "Thanks for reaching out — sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing in to your Discord account. We have a few troubleshooting tips that you can try and see if they help: … Unfortunately, if none of these suggestions work, you’ll have to make a new Discord account." ? I just replied to one of my tickets that was solved after clyde sent that response and the ticket hasn't opened again.

    My bad, I meant it took me 3 weeks of making tickets, getting marked as solved, and making again to get my account back. The longest I've waited for a response was a couple of days at most.

    In my case, there was no response at all when I first made the ticket much less an automated one (I don't know why). It just marked my ticket as “awaiting response” and so I responded with “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot log in.” 
    Although I believe the original guy who found this method did get an automated response. It might also take a few minutes to reopen your ticket, but if it still doesn't I suggest just making another one. Once it is marked as "solved" there is a high chance they will not reply to any responses you make after. You could also try inputing “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login.” as the description of your ticket.

    Its been 17 days by now. But still No Response, I did only one Ticket and there was No answer, No bot and no human. Should I reply to the Ticket?Just in Case If its No more in the queqe.

    I just submitted a ticket request under “Hacked Account” and then filled out the subject as “Got Scammed” and in the description, I put “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login. Is there any way I could talk to a human?”. I also submitted a ton of screenshots as proof of some stuff the hacker sent me and my conversation with the fake discord staff and proof that the hacker dm-ed my friends to try and trick them. After a day of my request, I got an email telling me that my email was changed back and to reset my password.

    Confections Oh ok, I only put it in “Is there any way I could talk to a human”. But I'll be sure to do exactly what you did in case this doesn't work and hopefully I'll get my account back just like you did! Thanks.

    If you still have not gotten your account back with the ticket, I suggest just making a whole new ticket. Tickets that went on for that long did not prove any use in my case. Also check the statuses of your requests under My Activity, if it is marked as solved no matter how much you reply, they most likely will not respond back.

    I just did this and it worked! At first I made a ticket like this: 

    Title: I got tricked

    Description: My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login.

    But it was closed, so I made another ticket but changed the title to “I want to speak to a person” and that worked for me cuz an hour later I got the email saying they had reverted my account email.

    I put a checkmark that yes I had received an email saying my accounts email was changed. Also, idk how helpful this is but I figured I’ll include that for the suspicion of how I got hacked I put I don’t know/im not sure

    Trying this now, and so far my ticket is being updated frequently but there's no response, neither is the ticket being assigned to anyone. No bot responses either. Been a day. I hope this yields something.

    Yeah it seems so. The first ticket with the title I got tricked had the suspicion of “I was tricked by someone impersonating support or staff”

    But the 2nd ticket only had 2 changes, that being the suspicion as “I don’t know/im not sure” and the title being I want to speak to a person

    If anyone is still having issues, 

    You could try leaving out the impersonator as a whole and try focusing on “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login.” as your description. 
    Attaching files and photos are not really recommended since they proved to be useless. They will just respond along the lines of “We don't have enough information to verify the ownership”, no matter how much proof you have. 

    I suggest just focus on the fact that when you try to log in, your email does not exist. Try leaving out the fact that you changed it and pressume “it was just changed”.

    ive been trying to get my account back for exactly a month now but the replies didnt seem to help, i have talked to a human thorugh support but now theyre switching back to automated bots and i just dont know what to do. so may i ask if i can get some help through dming you on discord?.

    anyway thank you for sharing this tip!, might try if my current ticket does not get any response

    If you believe you have been hacked and cannot access your account after following the instructions above, please reply to this message and provide details with how and when you were hacked so that we can investigate

    i dont know what to provide details on how i was hacked since i put it under “I dont know/Im not Sure”
