Account falsely banned for being underage, Who else?

My discord account was just banned yesterday for being underage which is just ridiculous considering it's been active for 8+ years. I just wanted to know who else is going through this? Is there some automatic bot going haywire banning people or what? I did open a ticket and I am waiting for a response but this is upsetting because I owe someone art and I don't have their contacts…

    i got banned 6 days ago and all my tickets was solved by Nelly. This is absurd that discord support ignore every single person and they just rely on bot. I'm sure that me and all who was banned for being underage never get back their account.

    Exactly! In fact, I guess Discord Support would be pretty much lazy at everything unless if there'd be an actual human responding to someone having problems with their accounts.

    my account got disabled. i sent in my id and face and username. they told me i didn’t do it correctly. i don’t know what to do anymore its so mentally draining

    6 days left til my 6 year old account is deleted for this bullshit reason, and guess what? 

    i'm getting ghosted, and same story with nelly, this woman just keeps closing any new ticket i'm trying to open

    I wait 11 days, this is the norm, my ticket number is 4670, two days ago I saw a person who was unbanned with a ticket number 4656

    Bruh, worst support experience ever, i have sent a appeal request because i got banned for joining a damn server that had 4 members? What did i even do and how is joining a server considered as “spamming”, no one replying to my tickets neither clyde.

    My account is really special to me and important, why don't they just respond when that's their job.

    Your account will not be deleted after 14 days it takes up to 30. I got mine back in 15 days and others get theirs back near 20 as well.
