My main account has been disabled and no sign from support
my main account was hacked recently unfortunately, but after everything was already resolved by myself and my parents (and even though I WARNED Discord that everything was solved.), Discord still decided to disable the account without my permission and now all of my tickets are being left unanswered without any sign of response from Discord.
my account has been disabled since Saturday, 12th of July, and since then I have sent multiple tickets to the Discord support team, and they all have been ignored with no response or solutions to my problem.
this is just plainly absurd and ridiculous.

Discord takes over one month to reply to appeals. Be patient and don't open new tickets in the meantime or bump your existing one - they'll just mark them as solved because they're duplicates.
Despite what you may have heard, your account won't be deleted if you have a ticket open.

Cuz they went from hiring people to suddenly laying off their customer service team, for some odd reason

… yeah sure, just LAY OFF every person in your team that actually CARES about their customers, I'm sure THAT will go well.
