Duplicate Tickets
Hello Feedback Forum,
I was banned from Discord yesterday for the whole underage thing (I know, stupid reason). Initially I made a ticket thinking I did not have an ID, but upon realizing I could just use my passport I decided to make an addendum. However, instead of replying to the old ticket, I sent in a second one and replied to the original saying to see the other one. Nelly auto-solved the second one with the ID, but I reopened it shortly after; are both tickets still technically open, or would the second one with the ID be softlocked? If they are both still open, how can I close the first one to avoid confusing moderation?
On a separate note, I have heard that Discord takes about a week-three weeks to actually complete tickets. Just to clarify, Discord reviews tickets sequentially, right? I.e. if I submitted my ticket several weeks ago and received a ticket number around 4500, that would be processed sooner than a ticket with 4700, regardless of the superficial validity of the ticket (whether or not it looks like spam)?
Thanks in advance. Hopefully everyone gets their tickets resolved sooner.

Also, I have heard in a few other threads that Discord will not delete my account if I have a ticket open; can this be verified with anecdotal evidence or somewhere in Discord's Terms of Service?
