Closing tickets

Hello Forumers,

Is there a way to close/resolve your own tickets, if they have not already been marked as solved before? I have two different open tickets regarding a ban appeal; in the first I attached no ID whatsoever, but in the latter I provided one according to their instructions. If the second one was marked as solved by the bot but reopened via a reply, should I be concerned about the former reaching discord first (and somehow hindering whether or not the second one will be accepted)?

  Try replying to the ticket say “Please close this ticket”
