Add option for mods to select your display color from available roles, and two permissions for users to do that with themselves or others.

What the title says. Having it as it is now doesn't let mods have their own colors without putting those roles above the mod role (thus defeating it's point), and leads to a lot of role shuffling to get the desired color for every user. Please add an option to pick which role dictates your display name color, just like you can do with nicknames. It doesn't even have to be a color wheel, just a dropdown that selects which color you display as from your available roles. Plus, it would be nice to lock that away behind a permission (so penalty roles can be visible), and another one for doing it to another user (so mods can set the penalty roles to be the visible one).
