I am banned for being underage (I am 16)
I was chilling in a vc and suddenly a guy comes who has my face and reported me for being too young and the next morning my account is permanently suspended for being underage and i am 16 and the limit in my country is 13 I even opened a ticket and it said solved but my account didnt even got unbanned this pisses me a lot that most of the bans are false

1. you need to send a selfie of you holding your ID and a piece of paper with your username in the ticket to get unbanned, there is no other way
2. if your ticket get closed just send a reply, it is a known issue

Add a comment to the closed ticket and it will reopen

yeah i did that i even created a new ticket they just close it without solving the issue this is the thing i hate about the moderation of discord ngl
