A little update, discord replied to my appeal request with 3 days, i'm happy to get a fast response.
My account was appealed and i'm now logged in.
Discord Support team just needs some time.

i got a answer after 7 days, now i opened another ticket with the right stuff to get my account back, i hope it will be as fast as the first ticket

Masonportman46 Sorry to hear that, what you can do is trying to open a general question ticket and appeal thru that, that's how it worked with my friends, they got their account back with 4 days, because they were cought in Discord spam filter.
