Discord Support :/
My account got hijacked and is now disabled because of the mistakenly reported scam (stupid, I know) and discord just will not help me. When I send in a ticket; after the first automated message from Clyde to let me know they got the request, I get another one which says to try logging in with the QR code and various other tips (which, of course, none of these will help me). At the very end of the email is this: “Unfortunately, if none of these suggestions work, you’ll have to make a new Discord account.”
And it might be easier to accept this if I hadn’t heard of other people with the same exact problem who got their account back. I then decided to just submit a ticket to general support to see if they could at least tell me why they can’t help me but nothing was really explained to me
It just sucks how Discord Support won’t help me so my account will probably be deleted and memories from a very old friend will be gone.

Today, 7/22/2024 at 9:10PM CST I got my account back. I recently found this post: https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/24893017505687-GOT-MY-ACCOUNT-BACK-heres-how-i-did-it and tried doing what this person did. I made a ticket with the title of “I got tricked” and the description was simply “My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login” which got closed. When I saw that one was closed I made another ticket with the same description but I changed the title to “I want to speak to a person” and about an hour later, I got an email saying the account has been reverted back to its original email!! I hope that helps you all too and I wish everyone good luck in getting their accounts back too

I just got my account back 30mins ago don't worry it might seem like it's taking a while but trust me they will get to you, someone hacked me and changed my email and they changed it back it took like 20days.

Same situation. It's been 4 months, same response, on over 20+ tickets. How the hell do you even get an email revertion.

I tried doing something similar to this and got the same “please confirm you have recieved this message by replying to this message with the email address” spiel and then it went dark, tried reopening the ticket a couple times. Should I make an entirely new ticket? also what moderator did you get? i got Reese's Pieces.

How you people getting acounts back yet I'm still longest without account?still nobody is helping me I'm sick of this .discord says they can't find my email address but I'm using the same email address's for this forum account. I don't understand. Also don't they delete accounts after 30 days? But how come people able get theirs back regardless of 30 day rule? I'm fed up…I need help

dang i got excited thinking my ticket got looked at but i didnt get my acc suspended i only got very limited and i cant dm or do anything for a day but discord support is garbage and trash. i didnt do anything wrong and here i am still with this wrongful limited. my advice for u is to just create another acc discord doesnt wanna do anything to help.
Masonportman46 the support is trash and sometimes a bot named nelly marks the ticket as solved for no reason and then support wont look at that ticket since its marked ‘’solved'' its a nuisance i wish i never fell down this rabbit hole.0 -

How come i can't get my account back that's been disabled since November 2023? Why is it people getting there's back?
