Hacked Account, 10+ Tickets and Still no step forward

i got my account hacked last month on june 28th, ive sent over 10 tickets but every one of them is marked as solved, except for one. ive read a lot of post on people getting it back so im not giving up anytime soon, its currently been 12 hours since i made the new ticket and i only got the automated response from clyde shown below

    I didn't gather evidence because I fear anything worse will happen,

    And now it's too late. I can't get it back

    Why? Just why Discord support? Just help me already

    The same! I logged in from my phone and my account was deactivated for that:

    Sending a large number of private messages over a short period of time.
    Participation in a Discord spam server
    Automating your user account
    Strange behavior on Discord for a human (joining a ton of servers extremely quickly, for example)
    Attempted participation in fraudulent activities

    I'd already been banned for 1 day free of charge for supposedly having Self-Bot when I don't even know how to do it.

    And now my account has just been deactivated for free for no reason at all. No matter how many emails I send, they don't reply.
    Even the bot doesn't reply automatically to confirm that the mail has arrived.

    Is there anything Discord can do?

    ive send more tickets and still no useful responses, i have one ticket open and i hope it can be solved

    if that ticket gets marked as solved aswell, i have a ticket marked as solved but this time someone is assigned to it unlike any other tickets i had with the same topic, i might create a follow up as i cant reply to the original email anymore

    My Discord account was hacked on Aug 20th, and I submitted over 3 support tickets, the issue remains unresolved. Most tickets were closed without a proper response, and only one is still open. It's been 24 hours since I submitted a new ticket, and I've only received an automated reply. I'm seeking immediate assistance to recover my account.
