Joking about age was a disaster

In one server i joked about my age i was saying big numbers like 33 and 55 then i said i am 9 

And guess what 

It got disabled because the considered me underage

I opened a ticket and i sent the it 

But it was a selfie and it wasn't so clear the (the infos in my id card) and it was flipped due to it is selfie 

I opened another ticket i made it more clear and i said i opened another ticket because it wasn't clear enough 

Another thing my informations on my id are written in another language than English even the date is written with another symbols and order 

I heard if i opened more than one ticket i will considered as a spam and won't get response 

I didn't even get a response from a bot 

I don't want to lose my friends there 

That account means a lot to me 

It is the 3rd day today 

Are there any hope ?

    I'm worried too, I got my account disabled for the same reason and reading all the comments from people in the same situation, I'm very scared I won't get my account back

    They should have better way for that 

    One message is enough to suspend an account 

    And for it u should take pics and make proves 

    This is too much for one message 

    When i get my account back (if i ever did) i will delete many messages from many servers 

    And i won't chat on server like i did before
