Discord ignores reports for a server blatantly breaking TOS, automated bots want me to report messages instead.

Hey. I have recently stumbled upon a Discord server blatantly breaking TOS, being created for the specific purpose of abuse and harassment of an individual, posting pirated movies in general chats, as well as having events in which NSFW content was streamed back when minors weren't banned from the server. That server also breaks its own rules in several spots and despite having a golden rule of no contributing against the harassment of the said person, I have uncovered a load of info both suggesting and outright confirming the mods complicency in both allowing said events to occur or directly being involved in the harassment.
I have reported this to Discord with the full report (Due to Trust and Safety being removed, I had to do it as General Question). I had linked several pieces of evidence proving the thing happened in way more detail than a single report via app couldn't and was given an automated response which told me to report it via the app (Either via individual messages, which wouldn't have worked due to the server being the TOS breaker, or the server itself, but without any context and for one very bland reason which didn't line up with what I wanted to reprot it for anyway), after which the report has closed. I sent another asking about how should I report it instead if I wanted to give them full info, after which I got the same bot reply and had that reply close as well. I reported the server twice under different reasons via the app and that also hadn't worked.
This server has been running for four years and hasn't recieved a single warn from the Discord, continuing their shady practices, which in the recent months have gotten even worse.
I want Discord to help me out and actually give me a platform with which I can get this solved. I am not reporting it out of spite, but with full evidence for several cases of wrongdoing. At this point, I blame Discord for being complicent in this and many other cases like that.
