Its been over a month since I was hacked and Discord have done NOTHING. This is unacceptable honestly

I just made my third ticket because the first two just get some stupid unhelpful automated replies. PLEASE LET ME TALK TO AN ACTUAL HUMAN. Why is your support so abysmal??? I just want my account back.

    Sad to see this is still going on. I had my account hacked in January and Discord Support kept closing tickets. Regardless of what happened, they consider it your fault.

    Same my account was hacked as well and they still haven't done anything. I even started a post to mark updates and make sure I wasn't the one going crazy. It's been a full month for me. The only response I ever got was a denial because I accidentall used a different email than the one linked to my account (though it shouldnt matter because the hacker changed the email). When I made a ticket with the proper email it's been radio silence. It's not as if it's a difficult fix because a friend of mine get her account back sooner than me despite both of us having 2fa enabled and both of us getting hit by the same person at the same time. It's ridiculous. The only difference is that she pays for nitro.

    Yeah its sad, yesterday the hacker logged into my other account, unfriended everyone, and left all the servers I was in (presumably). Thanks for the timely help discord /s 

    Seriously its been 1 month and 5 days it shouldve been fixed in the first few days. Do better

    I have everything I need but I keep getting bot messages within the first few days that “Unfortunately, you need to create a new account”.

    That's so annoying tho that we have to create a new account because if we have 2FA on we legit CAN'T create a new account. I can't take my number off my old account unless I'm actually in my old account.
