Zero support for wrongful ban
So I randomly got banned about 4 days ago for apparently violating tos. Contacted support and still have no response. I literally have zero instances of violating tos, so I just would have liked a better explanation besides “it could be between these things”. The thing that I have been banned for isn’t even pinpointed. I contact the support on twitter and they say that they can’t do anything to help, but no one responds up here. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET SUPPORT FROM A SUPPORT TEAM WHO DOESNT ANSWER REQUESTS????

Very true post. I was coming here to make a complaint also. They banned me on the 9th of August for being 12 years old (Underage). Despite being born in 1997, and my account being created in 2016. I highly doubt, any 4 year old would know how to create a Discord account, Discord Server, and link his YouTube and Twitch to that very Discord account.
I created a Support Ticket as soon as they banned me, provided them with photographic ID and they requested that I sent them a selfie of myself, to which I did and have had no response 3 days later.
It appears that they do not care enough to process our false ban appeals.

It’s completely ridiculous. I have never had this much of a hard time getting in contact with support for anything.

Oh I've had this hard of a time getting in contact with support with companies that are smaller than Discord. Discord is a huge company, they should have a reputable Support Team.

I believe they're backlogged due to getting at least 10k tickets per day. That's just an estimate on my part given the two tickets I have open and comparing their IDs and the time between submission.
Normally they wouldn't be this slow but I think they changed how their moderation system works and it's flagging tons of users erroneously (it would seem).2
