Role categories

Implement optional “role categories” that function as follows:

Role categories would allow a server to group roles by color. So all of one hex code color. This would also simplify the role assignment menu for servers with large numbers of roles, as they could be sorted into sub menus that could open up to allow one to click on (and assign) roles within that category.

The categories would not take up a role slot, instead being an administrative tool. Therefore they also would not be able to be pinged, nor would they show up on the user's roles.
