14 days, no response.
My age verification appeal was sent 14 whole days ago, and as of right now I have gotten no respons .
Anyone else dealing with insane wait times?? This is actually garbage considering I've been paying for nitro since 2018 and then get treated like this.

One ticket, which got 2 automated messages within 2 days and then radio silence for 2 weeks. The 2 automated messages were just the basic “here's how you do the age appeal” bullshit messages, even though my first picture was done perfectly.

Maybe reply onto it one more time that you would like to speak a human. But it would again push you back in queue. But it's better than nothing I guess.

Joking about your age is never a good idea. Your chance is low to get your account back. But it‘s worth a try. Maybe go over the steps and do them again. You at least have some time, since the account deletion process takes muuuch longer when you have an open ticket.

Then wait for them to close the other one. Creating multiple tickets isn't a good idea. Just don't create more.

Not happening anymore, don't have a response from support yet but I messed up and removed my phone number and added it to a temp account. I can't find my backup codes so my 8 year old account Is gone.

At first, how did you remove your phone number from your disabled account? Second, I think they have a lot of open tickets because of the big ban wave happening right now. I think you should just wait.

Removed it and added it to a different account because I still wanted to use discord to game, now I'm just screwed and I lost the account unless support is willing to remove 2fa for me which they won't.

As far as I know it won't be deleted as long as a ticket is open for that account.

As someone working with automation bots at one of the leading tech companies, I am astounded by the decision to implement a bot for ban moderation that lacks the ability to detect sarcasm in users' comments, particularly when multiple age-related jokes are made within the same day, within the same Discord server and better yet…within the same hour.
Moreover, the bot shows a concerning lack of common sense which I agree, cannot be expected from a BOT but then why use one? My account was created in 2016, which raises a logical inconsistency with the bot's interpretation of my facetious claims about being 12 or 5 years old in messages posted on the Escape From Tarkov Discord Server. How could I have possibly created my account in 2016 if either of those age claims were true?
Sure. A parent/sibling could've created the account for me. Though again, common sense. The email associated with my discord account is the same as my username here. It is also the same name associated with my bank details when I have paid for nitro in the past.
I understand that the recent ban wave has resulted in a high volume of support tickets, but this situation is a direct consequence of their actions, not ours. As a non-Nitro user utilizing their free service, I can tolerate a longer wait time for a response. However, it is truly unacceptable that paying subscribers with monthly commitments are forced to wait over five days for assistance.

WOULD THEY NEVER RESPOND. it's been almost 2 days and im going crazy. i literally cannot do anything on my alt because everything I have is on my main which is now disabled for apprently being underage when im literally 16… this is just crazy does anyone know how long it will take for my account to be active?

For me they responded on my false ban after 7 days. For two other people it was the exact same time.

It could take longer. Don't worry, your account shouldn't be deleted until they respond to you. Just make sure to not create multiple tickets.

8 months? Are you sure you did everything right cause it should be taking that long maybe 2 months max. It’s been 10 days now but they viewed my “discord nitro” ticket which has already been solved about 2 weeks ago ? Is that normal why do they only open tickets that have already been marked as “solved”
