Server blocked. Please HELP.

Hello. A user of my channel (985647727683715113) published personal data of another user, for which I received a restriction of my account for several days, after which it is not possible to enter my channel (invite: r2rise). Users receive an error about temporary restrictions. I wrote to support to at least find out how long the restrictions are valid, but they do not give me any information. Has anyone encountered this and how can I get an adequate response from support (I have already created many tickets, but they give an answer about my account, not about my server, this is a nightmare).
