false ban, but discord just doesnt care at all?
They literally have not responded to my tickets attached with proof. The only ticket they “solved” was the one where I had forgotten to attach proof. So then I go to a server asking for help, and they tell me that I can trying emailing, which I did. Now, I didn't even know how their email thing works, because when I emailed, it opened a whole new ticket. Again, I had no idea this was even possible. Within 30 minutes, it was marked as “solved”. Here's the funny part, it was another one without proof attached. What about the ticket I opened 2 days ago that had proof attached? Still open without any activity. I have 3 weeks left until my account ends up being fully deleted. I'm genuinely losing hope. If someone who has a connection with a discord dev, you'd be a life saver.

I have same thing. My account got banned falsely but i havent gotten any information about it. I sended appeal of the ban but havent heard anything. I have very important stuff there what i need to check fast but no one is answering the appeal. Who can we contact. I tried to call Discord but nothing. Who i need to contact?

okay so, my main account was recently banned BUT if they have like a day and time saying like “banned until:” it means your account will be unbanned the day and time it says it's banned until and you can get on it again but discord will give you a warning dm saying what you violated
