Support should response to ticket more quickly

I am being shut out of my account due to a phone number verification error. I opened a ticket to resolve the issue but after 10 days I still have not received a response.
I feel that you should indeed respond to my ticket a little sooner.

    yeah, they say it should take 24-48 hours, instead they flat out ignore us and let everything go to hell.

    again, 90 people supporting 200 million users is a gunna be almost a year at this rate
