Support Delay?

Is it possible to see an ETA when support will get to my ticket? Or do i panic when its longer than a few hours?

    panic after the first 24 hours, discord support takes FOREVER, my ticket took pretty much 2 months

    I am going to be so screwed for money if that happens. I was meant to hand in a commission this week (today) i was going to use the money for my cats vet appointment. Even if i pull all the money from the bills and just allow them to get late fees, its not even half the vet bill. Why is this all happening, my cat gets sick, and suddenly all my communications and ways to get money all get cut off simultaneously what hell kind of timing is this?!  TT _TT fml. 

    So i have no phone, dodgy internet, no money/food till tuesday, no way of communicating with anyone local and im probably going to wake up before tuesday to my dead friend somewhere in the house. O _0 what do i do. if its gonna take three months. i dont know what to do. I've never so stuck and depressed like this. I cant even collect my thought long enough to think of something, all my thoughts are so flooded with scenarios of me finding my cat dead.

    Im not asking what to do, i just have to be patient for 24 hours, and i should be able to fix all this with discord back up. Then i just have to set up everything to not be reliant on Discord being my main communication outside of email and phone calls. Im just stupid.

    I was gonna say, 3 hours isn't long at all. three weeks.. yikes.. any clue why they would jump immediatel  to a suspension, especially of they're this backed up with tickets
