Feedback on support.discord.com's Feedback website

I believe this own website's Feedback submission process is in itself restricting the feedback we users are able to give.
Up until about half a year ago, users were able to post without any process or issue. This itself created the problem of malicious content posted every so often along with valid feedback. However, now it has gone too far in the opposite direction.
In the past 3 months, there are only 6 successful posts on this very forum throughout every single category available. The most upvoted post with 620 people who have seen it and positively reacted to it also addressed the issue they the issue they saw with these forums at the very end of it.
I do not believe there is a lack of users here attempting to post, but the approval process for being able to make said posts have slowed this very forum to a grinding halt. I am unsure if this very post will even be seen by any other members, or forever sit in a void until an AI or an actual human running this place either allows it or not.
I see it as problematic to force people to a feedback forum for an update they dislike only for their voices to never be heard due to how this forum processes feedback. It will simply cause people to leave the platform if they are not given a valid place to raise their concerns.
