New server list on desktop looks terrible and has worse usability

Looks like a new UI refresh is rolling out on desktop (2025-03-25), and part of the change was a revamped server list. The new list makes all of the server icons smaller, but adds a bunch of padding around everything. So now the icons are tiny, hard to read, and harder to click on, but take up more space in the UI than they did before. This is a terrible change. Changing the UI density in the setting doesn't seem to help much, and even if it did that wouldn't be a real solution since that impacts the whole UI.
