Easy ticket: 10 minute fix for the new UI, should solve 80%ish of complaints: restore tonal depth signifiers to server-bar and channel bar

Hi, Human Factors Engineering (the field which informs UX) here:

Complains of eye-strain, dizziness and migraines can 80%ish be solved by restoring the contrasts

You went too flat basically: they want the depth of the server-bar and channel bar back

This one change made the webapp less usable to 80% of your users , and unusable to 10% of them

The fix is five lines of CSS. You already have the hooks in your themes (one nitro theme almost fixes it).

A fix could be pushed out in like an hour tops.

This is a 10 minute fix, just change two color values in each of the four default themes.
