Add options for new UI designs

Dev changed UI layout in recent updates and some of the obvious change is extending “User box” to the leftmost of window and size down server icons. Maybe it seems like a small change to Discord but users have their habit. Such changes might confuse current users, especially old users who used Discord for a long period of time.

I suggest allowing user to choose between old and new design. Or at least give us options to fit “User box” back to how it used to be and able to size up/down server list.
